BlackPig AITerms of Service
By registering, topping up, creating an API Token, submitting a task, or otherwise using BlackPig AI, you accept these terms and the rules published by the platform. If you use the service for an organisation, you confirm that you are authorised to do so.
Service scope
BlackPig AI provides model API access, asynchronous task processing, task status queries, result delivery, balance and billing management. The platform currently does not provide an online canvas product. Available models, parameters, supported inputs, durations, billing units, and prices are shown in the model marketplace, console, and API responses.
Accounts and API Tokens
- Keep account credentials and API Tokens secure and use Tokens only in controlled server-side environments.
- Calls made with your account or Token are generally treated as authorised by you.
- Disable and rotate a Token immediately after suspected leakage or unauthorised use.
Billing, expiry, and refunds

When the platform determines that a task has failed, the corresponding deducted amount is returned to the platform balance. Manual cancellation, active retry, and other non-failure states are not eligible for automatic refunds. Apart from this failure-return mechanism, there is currently no general cash-out or unconditional refund policy, subject to mandatory law.
Trials and promotions
New users may contact support to request CNY 10 in trial credit. After approval, it is credited automatically, valid for one day from the time of receipt, and available for all platform models. A single top-up of at least CNY 1,000 receives a bonus equal to 5% of that top-up; promotional balance is valid for 365 days.
Content and acceptable use
You are responsible for the rights, permissions, legality, and publication review of prompts, images, audio, video, and generated results. Uploaded materials are not retained as long-term platform content and are not used to train models. Results are retained by default for 15 days and may be deleted earlier on request. Do not use the service for unlawful, infringing, fraudulent, abusive, or security-compromising activity.
Availability and liability
No fixed concurrency, capacity, SLA, uniqueness, accuracy, or fitness guarantee is made unless separately agreed in writing. The platform may adjust models, interfaces, prices, or capacity to protect security, stability, compliance, or upstream compatibility. AI output requires human review before publication or important use.

Privacy Policy
This policy applies to the website, console, API calls, enterprise inquiry form, and support contacts operated by BlackPig AI. Third-party services and linked pages have their own policies.

Purposes and retention
Information is used to authenticate requests, provide and bill the service, deliver results, answer support and business inquiries, prevent abuse, maintain security, and meet legal obligations. Uploaded materials are not retained as long-term content. Results are retained by default for 15 days and then automatically cleaned; you may request earlier deletion. Account, billing, security, and inquiry records are kept only as needed for service, reconciliation, safety, dispute handling, or legal duties.
Language preference and analytics
The website may use a country or region code to suggest a language without switching automatically. A manually selected language is stored in your browser. Optional first-party analytics records page views, CTA clicks, pricing errors, and inquiry outcomes without collecting form content, prompts, email addresses, or API Tokens. Analytics is disabled unless configured by the operator.
Sharing and rights
BlackPig AI does not sell personal information. Necessary data may be processed by hosting, forms, payment, infrastructure, model, monitoring, email, analytics, and support providers for their assigned purposes. You may request access, correction, deletion, or restriction where applicable by contacting heizhuai@proton.me.
Security Notes
Security is a shared responsibility. The platform protects systems within its control; users must protect accounts, Tokens, business data, and publishing workflows.
Recommended controls
- Store API Tokens in server-side environment variables or a secrets manager.
- Use separate Tokens for development, testing, production, and different projects.
- Use HTTPS, timeouts, concurrency controls, validation, and safe error handling.
- Remove Tokens, sensitive URLs, unnecessary personal data, and full prompts from logs and tickets.
- Review generated content before publishing, advertising, or high-impact use.
Incident response
- Disable and replace a suspected leaked Token.
- Review recent tasks, charges, IPs, and error records.
- Pause automated jobs until the source is fixed.
- Contact support with task IDs, timestamps, model names, and redacted evidence.
Security reports
Report suspected security issues to heizhuai@proton.me or online support. Do not conduct tests that access other users' data, damage systems, perform social engineering, or generate excessive traffic without written authorisation.
